Our ambition

Innovation for human rights.
Human rights and innovation must converge, or both will fail to meet humanity’s needs. The stakes are high.
Only 15% of the Sustainable Development Goals are on track for 2030. Environmental displacement threatens to uproot 216 million people by 2050. The global cost of violence has reached a staggering $17.5trillion annually – $2,200 for every person on Earth.
These aren’t just statistics; they represent a fundamental failure to protect human dignity in an age of unprecedented technological capability.
Innovation can help in 4 key ways…

1 HUMAN RIGHTS DATA FOR GOOD
Every $1 invested in data systems generates an average return of $32, spread across sectors. Data fuels smarter decisions.

2 DIGITAL & FRONTIER TECH FOR THE HUMAN RIGHTS ECOSYSTEM
Investing in innovation closes the digital divide and can empower communities globally to create their own solutions leveraging technology.

3 HUMAN RIGHTS FORESIGHT FOR ANTICIPATORY ACTION
Predictive analytics for conflict prevention save up to $70 billion annually in humanitarian aid and recovery costs.

4 HUMAN RIGHTS STATISTICS FOR TURBOCHARGED SDGs
Verified data is required build poly-crisis preparedness and protect humans and universal rights.

Human rights and innovation are interdependent. To protect people and build a just, equitable future, we must integrate these forces — boldly and urgently.
